About Me

It's All About My Story
My Roots, Tradition & Culture Shaped My Dance
Offering my entire journey of my life at the feet of Bhagawan Shri Sathya Sai Baba, My Guru, My God, My Friend.
I am very fortunate to have been born in a big family of rich tradition, culture and spiritual worship.
My roots originated from our family lineage of Shri Harikesanallur Muthiah Bhagavathar. With the blessings of the Divine and parents and Grand parents, Sankari Paatti, Kicha Thatha, Seetha Paati and JS Thatha, I am born into Sathya Sai Baba Family.
Reflecting on my journey post-high school graduation, I realize that one passion has consistently illuminated my path: the exquisite art of dance. It all began with the elegant demeanor of my teacher, who also happened to be a close friend of my parents at the time. I was captivated by her grace and beauty, drawn to her warmth as she gently led me into the world of dance. She sat me on her lap, guiding my fingers to form intricate mudras, sparking my fascination with the art of expressing through movement.
Early days at Tamil school and Bal Vikas
From my early days at Tamil school and Bal Vikas, I eagerly volunteered for every dance performance, relishing the joy of dressing up and performing onstage without a hint of stage fright, as my parents fondly recall.
Upon entering first grade, my parents joyfully enrolled me in Bharatanatyam classes under the tutelage of Chandna aunty, who was not only their friend but also a cherished mentor to me. Attending her classes brought manifold delights—time spent with my beloved aunty, play sessions with her children, and delightful snacks. Over the years, I progressed from performing simple items like Pushpanjali and Alaripu in local temples to participating in our dance school’s inaugural annual celebrations in 2015. It was during this event that I danced with a pot on my head and candles in hand, alongside my teacher, and also performed a mesmerizing Kurathi piece. The resounding applause and the accolade of ‘most graceful dancer’ in hand left an indelible impression: I aspired to embody the same beauty in dance as my teacher.

Guru's Guidence
Global Dance Odyssey
Under Chandna aunty’s guidance, I delved deeper into Bharatanatyam, mastering intricate compositions like Bho Shambo, Dolayam, Ardhanareeswaram, and Sri Chakra Raja. At the age of 10, I was privileged to travel with her to London, where we performed at the inauguration of Hanuman Mandir, receiving blessings and a medal from Sri Ganapathi Sachidananda Swamiji.
The Sacramento Dance Festival and Sathya Sai Baba’s 94th birthday celebrations provided larger platforms for me to express my gratitude through dance. One unforgettable performance depicted Shiva and Parvathi as inseparable entities, while another, at my grandparents’ Kanakabhishekam, resonated deeply with the audience, evoking tears of joy and nostalgia for my late grandparents. Their enduring love and support inspire me to pursue my upcoming Arangetram, a culmination of years of dedication and devotion.
In high school, I chose to deepen my commitment to dance, earning credits each year and receiving special recognition as part of the Synergy dance group.

Between 2015 and 2019, I participated in “Siva Padam,” a dance drama showcasing Sri Samavedam Shanmukha Sarma’s compositions on Shiva and Parvathi. Led by Smt. Vani Gundlapalli, this production took me to stages across the USA and culminated in a prestigious invitation from the Cambodian government to perform at Angkor Wat, where I was honored as Natya Somadevi.
Sathya Sai Baba & Parents Blessings
Dance Journey with Devotion and Grace

My parents’ spiritual devotion, particularly to Sathya Sai Baba, introduced me to Swami Vasudevananda and the opportunity to perform at the Ati Rudra Maha Yagnam in Mylavaram, India. Blessed by Amma and adorned with my Arangetram dance bells, I was inspired to enchant the audience with my performance.
Through workshops with Dr. Vasudevan Sridharan, I explored a soulful connection to Krishna, while Kalaimamani Sri Suryanarayanamurthy imparted invaluable lessons on stamina and posture in Bharatanatyam, further enriching my dance repertoire.
Finally, my Guru, Smt. Chandna Talluri, epitomizes patience and love. For the past 12 years, she has nurtured my dance journey with unwavering dedication, instilling in me a deep passion for the art form. Her tough love and constant encouragement push me to strive for excellence, a journey I cherish deeply.
I am grateful for the companions who have walked this dance-filled path with me since childhood—Srushti, Poorna, Apara, Ananya Goyal, Tanvi, Anvi, Sruthi, Prisha, Lalitha, Arshia, Ghrini, Ananya B, and Srishti.
In conclusion, dance remains my ultimate form of expression—a celebration of grace, devotion, and the profound beauty of storytelling through movement.
